Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana New List : Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has started the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The benefit of this scheme will be for those persons who are from economically weaker section and middle class or who do not have their own house. Under this scheme, they will be given their own houses. This scheme was launched by the central government on 22 June 2015. The main objective of this scheme is to make every person have enough of their own house by the year 2022. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana covers every person who lives in slum or kutcha houses. LIG, EWS MIG, income group persons will also be included through this scheme.

Due to this scheme, if a person buys a house, then he will be given a subsidy of 2.67 lakh on the interest rate of the home loan. The biggest advantage of this scheme in Uttar Pradesh is that the government will provide houses there at cheap rates. PM Awas Yojana Beneficiary Search by Name. Applications have been provided for 3516 houses in Uttar Pradesh which is located in 19 cities of the state of Uttar Pradesh. Only poor families with a salary of 300000 per annul will be able to buy these houses. Those whose income is less than 300000 can apply for this house. The Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad had earlier given the time to pay the instalment of the house up to 5 years but now it has been increased to 3 years.

Approval given for construction of 3.61 lakh houses – 54 meetings of the Central All Agriculture and Monitoring Committee were held in Delhi due to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, in this meeting, approval has been given to construct 708 questions out of 3.61 lakh taxes. Union Territories and 13 states are also involved in this meeting. In this scheme, 112.4 lakh houses were given permission on 9 June 2021, of which 82.5 houses are being prepared for construction and 48.31 lakhs have been constructed and given to their entitled. A total of Rs 7.35 lakh crore will be spent by the government for the construction of houses. The government will be able to give their own house to the poor families at the expense.
